The hotel is at a great location, on the edge of Derby city centre, in student accommodation, and near the city centre. The rooms are equipped well for short and long stays at a reasonably affordable price, although lacking smart TVs with Netflix access. The service is fantastic and polite, with a 24/7 phone number connected to helpful staff in Birmingham. However, the complex seems not well monitored by security or concierge.
